Agreement

These terms apply to services booked with Elevate Automotive Car Care & Detailing LLC ("Elevate," "we," "us") through this website, our online scheduler, by phone, text or email. By booking a service you agree to these terms.

Services and pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices unless marked otherwise. The final price depends on the vehicle's make, model, size and condition, and on any add-ons requested. If we find that a vehicle needs more work than was booked, we will tell you and confirm the price before continuing.

The Jade 5-year ceramic coating offer applies to new vehicles only. Promotional pricing may change or end at any time.

Access and parking

Because our service is mobile, you agree to provide safe, legal access to the vehicle at the booked location, and permission to work there if the property is not yours (for example, an apartment complex or workplace lot). Please let us know in advance about any restrictions at the location.

Personal items

Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment. If we need to remove and replace items, an additional fee (currently $30) applies. We are not responsible for loose items, cash or valuables left in the vehicle.

Scheduling, cancellations and weather

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. We may reschedule appointments due to weather or conditions that would affect the quality of the work, and we'll contact you to find a new time.

Pre-existing condition

Detailing, paint correction and coating improve a vehicle's appearance but cannot repair every defect. Deep scratches, rock chips, failing clear coat, cracked or internally damaged headlights and permanent stains may remain. We'll point out known limitations before we begin wherever we can.

Ceramic coatings and Carfax certificate

Coating results and longevity depend on proper aftercare, including hand washing with a pH-neutral soap and avoiding automatic brush washes. A Carfax certificate is issued upon completion of qualifying ceramic coating services.

Payment

Payment is due when the service is complete unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. Please report any concern within 48 hours of service so we can make it right.
